苎麻连续剥麻机设计与试验
摘要:
针对目前生产应用的小型单、双滚筒反拉式和多滚筒直喂式苎麻剥麻机存在的剥麻效率低、效果差及剥净率低等问题,研制了一种集压、刮、打、夹、拉和梳等多道剥麻工序为一体的苎麻连续剥麻机。简述了整机结构及工作原理,进行了传动系统及主要工作部件结构设计与参数选择。结果表明,装机功率5.5 kW、生产率301.7 kg/h(鲜皮)、剥净率96.8%,能剥的鲜苎麻茎秆长度≥800 mm(去叶)。该机可实现连续剥麻,剥麻效率高、效果好、剥净率高,操作省力、安全,适合苎麻种植户及农民专业合作社使用。
Abstract:
In response to problems of low efficiency, poor effectiveness, and low stripping rate in small single, double drum reverse pulling and multi drum direct feeding ramie stripping machines currently used in production, a ramie continuous stripping machine integrating multiple stripping processes such as pressing, scraping, beating, clamping, pulling, and combing has been designed and developed.Structure and working principle of entire machine were briefly described, and structural design and parameter selection of transmission system and main working components were carried out.Results showed that installed power was 5.5 kW, production rate was 301.7 kg/h(fresh skin), and stripping rate was 96.8%.Length of fresh ramie stem that can be peeled was more than 800 mm(leaf removed).This machine could achieve continuous hemp stripping, with high efficiency, good effect, high stripping rate, labor-saving and safe operation, suitable for ramie growers and cooperatives to use.
